#2 - CANOEING TECHNIQUES:
Bob Foote - excellent job on the forward stroke but Bob does not give us enough on other basics - draw, pry, sweep, j-stroke.
Australian Canoeing - very good stuff.
#3 - KAYAKING TECHNIQUES:
Kayak Paddling - good fundamentals & more, nice graphics.
Australian Canoeing - I have some minor beefs but overall very good explanation of basic kayak strokes.
