Troubleshooting of Injection Molding Defects
This one-day training seminar will show how to identify injection molding defects and address them efficiently. It provides an understanding of why a defect occurs and how to correct it. Troubleshooting tips are given to reduce scrap in day-to-day operations and utilization of machine controls to minimize rejects. If this class is brought in-house, hands-on attention can be provided on your equipment. Attendees are awarded 0.6 CEUs and will receive a handbook containing all information covered in class.
This seminar was developed for defect-troubleshooters with a knowledge of the injection molding process, as well as process technicians, entry-level process engineers, set up personnel and operators.
